Thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV) are high-performance elastomers, which offer manufacturing flexibility, ease of processing and durability. By offering superior and consistent performance across automotive, industrial and demanding consumer applications, TPV offers the potential for reduced system costs, reduced weight, and recyclability compared to materials such as thermoset rubber.

(EPDM)组成。 Dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer (Thermoplastic Vulcanizates, TPV for short) is composed of a meltable plastic phase (PP) and a fully vulcanized rubber phase (EPDM). EPDM provides rubber-like elasticity, and PP phase provides thermoplasticity (melt flow), so TPV materials have both the high elasticity of rubber and the ease of processing and repeatability of plastic materials.

Keeping and handling
TPV can be used in the temperature range of -60 ℃ ~ 135 ℃, and the application temperature range is wide;
TPV hardness ranges from 25A to 65D, which can meet a wide range of hardness requirements;
TPV has good weather resistance, and has excellent anti-aging, ozone and ultraviolet resistance properties;
TPV does not require vulcanization when used, and can be directly processed by injection, extrusion, calendering, blow molding, etc., which can shorten the processing process and reduce processing costs;
TPV environmental resistance is similar to EPDM, and oil and solvent resistance is similar to neoprene;
TPV is easy to weld, reusable, and environmentally friendly and non-toxic.
